The Movies that Scared the hell out of us
I remember back in the day when scary meant making you damn near lose control of your bodily functions or to where you couldn't sleep at night for days.
I was thinking about how movies today have went to the mind games in order to scare you. There's hardly any real movies of today that can jump out of the screen and make you damn near crap your pants from fright.
I figured we need to see what movie or movies from the past SCARED THE HELL OUT OF YOU...

Back in 1983, this movie that CBS did scared my parents to the point that we actually moved to the country and lived in a small trailer park in which they made friends with everyone. They figured we were safe because the big cities would be the most damaged and the most dangerous..

I agree with on "The Day After." I was in college when this movie came out and it caused a lot of discussions.
After this was aired, I also remember walking across campus and the emergency alert sirens went off and it coincided with the Russians shooting down a Korean airliner. It was sort of spooked me for a bit.

Back when i was a kid, the movie that scared the hell out of me was Friday the 13th. Just knowing that he can come back was the scariest shit...(LOL)

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive
