i found a source for threaded Springfield Armory XD9 barrels. below is the web site to get them. but this barrel is stainless steel and has a 1/2x28 thread with thread protector included in the price. so all that is needed now is a suppressor that works on these tread scales.

i know you can get them but i never looked for them. let me do some looking around for you on where to get them. i do know that the type of suppressor depends on the type of threading in the barrel so i shal try to get the info on the tread type to for you.
