Wicked Zombies

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!

Here are my choices in no particular order:
May
The Mist
The Descent(Original Version)
Inside
Martyrs
28 Weeks Later
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
REC
Let The Right One In
The Devil's Rejects

28 Days Later would've been on this list if it wasn't for the terribly out-of-place feel good ending. Danny Boyle should've kept the original dark ending which was far more powerful and memorable. And Shaun of the Dead would've ranked but it's not a full blown horror movie. It certainly ranks high on my general list of best films of the OO's.

Let's hope that this new decade brings us an astonishing amount of great horror films.

i was wondering about "let the right one in" i've seen it at a few stores but haven't heard anything about it yet.

Amityville horror ( remake)

30 days of night (i know but i loved the comic)

Resident Evil: Extinction

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning

Trick 'r Treat

The Hills Run Red

i just have six so far cause really the last four are hard to pick so many choices out there, and yeah my first five are a little lacking to some but i found these six here to be good films in my opinion
Land Of The Dead
Grindhouse
The Hills Have Eyes Remake
Dawn Of The Dead Remake
Saw
Underworld
Underworld Evolutions
Dead Snow
Midnight Meat Train
Hatchet

Honorable mentions: Zombieland, Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Beginning, Halloween Remake, Brutal Massacre

Have yet to see: Teeth, Jennifer's Body, Resident Evil Extinction

I think this year will be a good year for horror since it's gonna be a pretty weak year for summer blockbusters anyway.
Oh, and I've forgotten Freddy Vs Jason in which I woulda put on my top 10. Oh well.
What versions of The Descent are there?
The one with those chicks exploring around and the one with Rosario Dawson.
Ah, okay, I hadn't heard of the one with Rosario Dawson. I loved The Descent. I want to see the second one.
It's two different flims that just happen to have the same name. I already know about the Neil Marshall one with those brit chicks. This is the other one:

It's about a woman who comes to a party and meets a guy. When they date and he takes her to his place, he forces himself into her against her will and later get's revenge a while later. It was an indy release during late summer of 2007 and it's not horror. A pretty ho-hum storyline though.
OK thanks
Wolf Creek was actually super freaky. What a terrible situation. Definitely worth watching.
Yeah, there was a few buggy movies like Wolf Creek that came out. High Tension, from France. Inside was good, another French one with a sick bitch trying to cut this woman's baby out of her stomach. The French have really been stepping it up lately.
blah on Rosario Dawson is what I say
The Rosario one just says 'Descent' on the poster. And the cave chicks one is 'the Descent'. That is one way to tell them apart. I know I am retarded.
