dress your best for the worst!
or in other words your dream zombie apocalypse attire. if you could wear anything after the apocalypse what would it be. and I'm not talking about combat gear or wool clothing. realism of zombie deference don't play a role in this, it's pure aesthetics. you could wear any kinda clothing or costume. this is just a game to see what you think would be cool to walk the wastelands with or rule over your band of raiders in. for me I've been really getting into johnny cash lately, though I've loved the style for a lot longer then that, and i noticed that his look is perfect for this.
a simple black suit sends a powerful image and i always like the idea of using a guitar case as a gun case, like in El mariachi. again black suit, the only addition i would make would be a white armband with my gangs sign on it. and you know basic reinforcements maybe some knee and elbow pads sewn in a few things like that. now again this isn't my zombie fighting outfit or my war gear. more like my everyday clothing once i set up a safe camp. i think this is a fun little exercise to see what our real styles are. cause in the apocalypse theirs no trends or fashion police. no one to tell you can't wear what you wanna wear of that it looks stupid. so if you could dress like anything at all what would be. would you imitate someone like me or go all original? post down below and share you apocalyptic style with the undead world.

well i could replace the TACTICAL HELMET with the RIOT HELMET.
go to BLACK BDU's
and add this ultra cool M65 TRENCH COAT in BLACK.
but the rest would have to stay.

I would wear tough fabrics. Nothing that hangs or flaps--nothing the zombies could easily grasp. So my clothing would be stuff like denim and leather, and layered. Yeah, the heat could be a drawback so you'd have to stay hydrated. But the less skin exposed to chomping teeth the better off you are.

exactly. that is why i chose the stuff i did. BDU's and FLIGHT SUITS because of the tough military standards and rip-stop materials. The TACTICAL FOREARM GUARDS and TACTICAL SHIN GUARDS to protect from bites and claws to the arms and legs. the COMBAT BOOTS because of the steel shank going down the boot sole to protect from being hurt by spikes and nails stepped on. the TACTICAL VEST for added storage and carry of needed items. the polypropylene war clubs due to their virtual indestructibility. the actual POLICE RIOT SHIELD for added protection. things that are strong and would last and things i know i would be wearing or using 24/7. even the M65 TRENCH COAT because of the same military standards as the BDU's and FLIGHT SUITS being made of rip-stop materials. less skin exposed, more protection that breaths with you during heat or cold, and of course durability. sure the stuff may look cool to. but for me. it was the durability and practicality of them being prepared ahead of the Z-POC.

I would have to say my acu's except the jacket leave my pistol on plus two mags and through my green marine corps wool jacket on over top pluss some worn out old ranchers cap so I'd look kinda like a modern wild west guy lols love that style

The outfit for the apocalypse, that best fits my style, is (hate to say) The Cowboy. Jeans, cowboy boots, Cowboy hat and of course a good looking cowboy shirt with the Bull's skull on the back with my quick draw tactical vest under the duster I would be wearing. Of course I'm working on getting the rest of my gear. The duster, the western style hip holster and the right leg drop holster is pretty much all I'm short to forefilling my outfit.
As for guns, I'm mostly looking into the Mossberg .22 tactical rifle, the Walther P22 pistol and I'm looking for a nice 6 shooter along with a M1 garand for sniping.
But I would look better then this guy in the pic...(LOL)
Of course everything would have a Dragon emblem of some sort attached.
Before everyone asks, yes I know how ride...(LOL) And yes that's me on horseback...
