Anemic Sun

collapse of the converging hearts

with the seasons of atrophied atriums

above the anemic sun ,

here-

is a warm place.

there are places we can rest?...

there are places we can rest.

one day i'll find the peace

of a soul that does not lead or follow

but walks beside me in time as -

i walk beside them, we'll let the currents pull us-

until there is no more separation...

and there will be rest for 

the souls who have earned this break.

while there is no rest in intoxication.

in this world,

never of it.

a message in wet ink

patient temperance in transparent tongue

the more i search the less i'll find...

i have the faith to know-

we'll find the place, we'll find the time.
