Extinguished-A Horror Poem

I live in a world where those who have perished
Returned and eaten the bodies of those who I’ve cherished
My once lustrous soul has become terribly tarnished
As my hopes for a better tomorrow have tragically vanished

End Game.

Everybody hates End Game. Wanker, Rampage, Tongs, Nana... everybody.

They say that it is irresponsible, reckless, dangerous and unnecessary and I agree with them, except for the unnecessary part.

End Game is the unofficial Final Phase of every clearance and battle that we enter and it was very fucking necessary.

They hate it because, in a worst case scenario, I could die and this would leave them without a leader.

Well, first off, at that particular moment I didn't want to… Continue

Menu #2 Release and Open Submission Call for Menu #3

Okay boys and girls...

We have put on the chef's hats and started to think about delicious horror fiction and finger lickin' good visuals.

Our Menu for Issue #2 will be arriving soon! Please be on the lookout! Dinner is tentatively scheduled for October 4th. I think a proper Sunday Dinner will be nice.

However, the leftovers from our premiere…

My Role in the Great Collapse.6a

I spent that night in the Warehouse. Tucked deeper into the building I found both a office trailer and mobile home. Strapping on my LED headband I made sure the area was secure then went to sleep on top of the office Trailer. Waking well before dawn I ate some sardines and took out my mending kit. In the mobile home the night before I found a corpse on the couch with a shotgun in it’s lap and what was left of it’s head on the wall. The bedroom carried more promise as I found a… Continue

The Battle at Jubilee Beach. Pt 2.

While everybody had no choice but to wait for Gobby to take care of business in the aquarium I found myself wanting to be in there with them.

Not to help them or assist in any way but just to watch.

The sheer volume of carnage that this mouthy, skinny walking ASBO and his other half could cause with their tiny little blades was seriously impressive.

They would work around each other like well-practised dance partners, plunging their twist knives into eye sockets, temples,… Continue

My Role in the Great Collapse.2A (revised)

A week had gone by since the streetlight deaths and subsequent storm. I call them deaths but were they really? The bodies that fell were already dead. A full three days later as if the army had taken over sanitation, a small unit of a dozen soldiers appeared on my street and loaded the bodies into a huge truck with a low-bed. Two soldiers to load the corpses while the rest covered the area. I wish I could say the truck-bed was empty.

Mr. And Ms. Wilson across the street tried… Continue

My Role in the Great Collapse.5

I had been shadowing these people for two days before I realized that someone was shadowing me. I wanted to know if they were the kind of people you want to know or if it would be better to just let them pass through sight unseen. They had children with them and had wisely avoided any place formerly occupied or at one time claimed by humans. They stuck to the woods, each pulling a small wagon with various supplies and a child each. It’s safer out here though I wouldn’t say it was… Continue

Z-Day Coming Soon

Guys, Yesterday I heard that China is eliminating the exports of important minerals we use to create the technology we need. This is bad. Next thing you know, we're going to have a war on our hands. That means Biological Warfare!Thousands are likely to die, and the chemical weapons will cause the dead to resurrect themselves. Also, their brain matter will have deteriorated due to the same chemicals. It is coming, and it won't be long before the planet, specifically America, will be… Continue

The Battle at Jubilee Beach.

I was awake when the alarm went off at 3:00am.

The first thing that I noticed was that I wasn't angry. I wasn't consumed with the boiling fury that I'd been feeling every morning for the last 10 days.

Instead there was calm. An icy, violent calm that seemed to sit at the very peak of the rage and aggression I'd been feeling recently.

Something was going to happen, and it was going to happen that day.

I left the ready room expecting everybody to still… Continue

My Role in the Great Collapse.3.

I’ve been traveling on foot now for at least a month. I’ve become an expert ninja. You’d never know I was there. If I ever saw a “you” that is. I only ever see “its” anymore. The last human being I saw was three weeks ago. He was a military man before things went south. When I met him he was a slightly insane survivalist with a taste for canned dog food. Not that I was too good to eat it either but I never got to relish it like he did. I got the feeling that if you waved a… Continue

My Role in the Great Collapse.

The first time I saw one couldn’t have been more of a cliched experience. It was a dark and stormy night, no really it was, with thunder, lightning and periods of intense sheets of rain. I remember thinking that this night was going to be the night I see my first Zombie and sure enough it was. I was glad I didn’t have to be the hero, the Police were still working and they were determined to eradicate the “problem” all by themselves. We were just to “stay inside and dial 911 in… Continue

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive

Greetings Everyone,    Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game. But have not set any time…
