Wicked Zombies

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!

The city is near void of life now, infested with the undead who are either dispersing or hunting down what ever survivors have holed up long enough. Outside of the city are a couple of abandoned Rescue Sites, and one military base outside of the city half a mile away, all infested with zombies. A survivor camp quite a bit away has its own area set up. A community of fourteen males, eight females, nine children and two of the elderly. They have resources and have taken control of a farm, having the resources to keep their plants growing. Note: If you so much as look infected they will open fire, but this will only occur at night, as they have scopes for the day to help identify people.

Inside the city safe houses are scattered around by people who either had to much time on their hands, were already prepared for this whole thing or subjected themselves to long amounts of L4D games before making one of their own the moment they heard about the infection. These are stockpiled with basic legal weaponry such as hand guns, hunting shotguns, hunting rifles and a few other things. Food is also stocked, as well as a ham radio in most and a television in all, though other than re-runs of old shows, a few news broadcasting sites, and CDC health hazard warnings that will forever be on replay until someone shuts it off, nothing interesting or helpful is on.

Two Challenger 2 tanks lead the column through the abandoned city of New York. Behind the tanks are 4 Land Rover Snatch-2's, armed with a rotating 50. cal topside turret and a passenger gunner. 4 Troops could be cramped in the back, armed with all their equipment. 4 Troop transportation trucks follow, each carrying 15 troops and crates of supplies. I was in the 4th. I look behind me at the Warrior tank following the rear, the turret scanning every building. The challengers drive over the vehicles littering the roads, clearing us a bumpy path. We arrive at out destination, Central park. The challengers smash through the main gates and proceed to a large opening. We all disembark from a vehicles.

"Alright men listen up!" The Warrant Officer shouts. "I want a perimeter around this entire area, and I want that CDC centre over there sweeped clean. This fight is going to be tough, but reinforcements are being sent to JFK airport, but we need to have a forward outpost set up by the time they arrive. If we are overrun, we will retreat back to JFK, until we can gather enough men to attack. So far there has been no sighting of locals, but this country has been abandoned for 2 years, so things will have changed. If they approach you, be cautious. This is a different game now. They may want your weapons, the vehicles we possess, or our supplies. We have fought the infected before, we know how to deal with them, so good luck and move out!"

"Yes sir!" Everyone shouts. Our fire team, commanded by Lance Corporal Higgins, moves out towards the CDC centre in the middle of the park. Bodies covered in sheets are piled in the field next to the large white tent. I gag at the smell.

"Right, listen up lads." Higgins says in a hushed tone. "There is bound to be infected inside, these places are a death trap. We can't burn it because there is a slim chance of survivors inside, but I really doubt that. Now. stack up behind the flap."

We all stack up on either side of the flap leading the tent. I click the safety off on my SA80 A2 and shoulder my weapon, aiming it at the door way.

"3, 2, 1, BREACH!" Higgins shouts. I take a quick breath and then dash into the room, immediately moving to the right, while the man behind moves to the left. The other two follow behind and proceed through the middle.

"Contact, left."

Multiple contacts, right." I say, panic in my voice. I look through my CWS site and fire two rounds to the first infected's head, blood spraying the infected behind. As his body falls I aim at the second one, sending a three round burst towards it's head, silencing the threat. Two more advance towards me and I fire two rounds into both their heads. I gasp at the sight around me. 4 men in Hazmat suits lay dead on the floor, courtesy of the soldier on my left. Two infected in U.S Army BDU's lay dead at the feet of Higgins. That wasn't the worst. Hundreds of infected lay tied town to hospital beds, get well soon cards on the desks next to them. I walk up to one of the desk and pick up one of the cards.

'Dear mommy,

Please be better soon. I hope them misters can make your sick go away. I miss you at home, and Mr Evans keeps looking at our house funny. Daddy said he will go talk to him later, when I go to bed. When your better I will make you a cake, that says I love you mummy. I can't wait to see you when your better. Daddy says I have to go to bed now, see you soon

I love you mummy

xxxx'

My eyes well up while I'm reading this. I wonder what happened to the little girl, but then I realise that I don't want to know. I pull out my sidearm and fire a bullet into the head of the infected on the bed.

Stalker snipers have already caught the shit going down in New York, sending word back over towards base camp just south of New York City. The good ol' NYC had seen some shit in her years, but even that hadn't given her time to rest, the ol' gal. Lost and found through the years now being invaded by the British military to be taken over. It was a political maneuver, and if it wasn't yet it would end up as one. The U.S. military down in the New Virginian Republic (NVR) wouldn't let that happen when the British reached them. If they wanted NVR they would have to be packing some serious fire power to take on the cannons, mortars, ships, tanks and APCs. Dom sighed, getting feed from a camera. They didn't open fire on the sniper and they weren't jamming signals so that meant they didn't have all their gear up. Good.

"The Brits are comin', the fuckin' bastards." It was Corporal Jenkins to Dom's right. He had a R700 sniper rifle trained on one of the troops, which went the same for everyone around Dom, all of their snipers accounting for over a hundred men. It would lead up to why there were so few infected inside such a big ass city, and why the British troops received so little interference in their invasion through this place. Down below, still in the buildings, troops armed with RPG-7 rocket launchers and AT4's prepared themselves. This was going to be a good hard battle to the finish, something Dom was always ready for. He got on the com, sitting back from the window, letting his Barrett rest on the floor, "Alright boys, pick a target. Hit the vehicles that still have people inside. Save any vehicles that have emptied their max capacity. I want Omega-1 And Foxtrot-1 to get moving down towards that squad that entered the CDC Center. Do not engage until they are in clear sight, and do not blow your cover. If you receive any resistance let the grenades go and fall back. We are soldiers, but we take prisoners. A squad can be worth more than a APC, remember that."

Confirmations ringed out all over the radios on the Stalker secure freq. 53k5hun8 ringed out over the comm, privately contacting Dom, telling him that he could grab the files from the old British mainframe should they capture anyone. Dom gave the confirmation to get to that the moment the people were taken hostage. He pulled out his laptop and linked up with the device down over along the outer streets away from the British troops and hit in the pass code before flicking the detonation button, letting the fireworks go off, several .50 Cal sniper rifles going off down on the northern area of the city to blindly fire at the British troops, meaning to grab their attention with the bombs and rifles.

Meanwhile, Stalker snipers use their flash suppressing silenced rifles to fire off at the throats, faces or center of masses of any troops down below around the vehicles, knowing their guns wouldn't be spotted in time, the diversion on the street to the north only increasing their chances of getting away with murder.

The Engineer Corps arrived, and fixed us up some early warning systems. Just basic electronically monitored devices and heat sensitive cameras. They wouldn't pick up the dead, but they could pick up survivors. We searched the tent, and found a U.S Marine, alive but barely. He was shaken up and eventually opened up to us and explained how his squad was devoured in front of his very eyes. He had hidden in a supply closet when the shit went south.

My fire team exited the tent and burnt it. We took the soldier to the command tent where he was to be questioned on the layouts and threats of this area. I look towards the front gate, now reinforced with 4in steel plating that could deflect multiple RPG's and could stand a siege from a Challenger tank for 2 minutes. This wasnt much but it would provide us with the warning to mobilise our troops.

I walk into the communications tent and overhear some of the transmissions.

"This is fire team Sierra Mike 2, we are under attack, I repeat, we are under attack. They took out our Warrior IFV and we are down to just 3 men. We need immediate assistance!" Gun shots could be heard over the radio, and my heart raced. Those poor men.

A comms operator raced into the room and ran to the Major.

"Sir, we have a big problem."

"How big?"

"As big as it gets sir, Russia and China just signed an alliance. Our planes have reported large massing of troops boarding planes and ships. They are heading towards the West coast, sir."

"Well I'll be damned, we don't have the firepower to deal with the Americans that don't seem to understand we are here to help them, let alone the Russians and Chinese. Right here is what we will do, I want comms to the Prime Minister, tell him it's urgent. Then I want a our flag and the Us flag hoisted above this outpost. Get someone to contact whats left of the U.S military and tell them to stand down the attacks if it is them, if it isnt then we can pack our bags and retreat to JFK."

"Yes sir, oh and the RAf sent over 12 Apaches sir, they are on hand now."

"Hmm, dismissed."

Did I just hear what I thought I did? God damn. I leave the tent ready for my fire teams patrol.

~Russian POV~

"Our troops have arrived in the US sir, but have encountered a problem."

"Yes? What is it?"

"The British have taken over New York, and 100,000 troops are currently on there way from England. Our spies tell us that the British are experiencing certain 'difficulties' and are desperate for reinforcements. They have quite the armament, their forward outpost currently holds 2 Challenger MK2 tanks, 4 little jeep things, 2 IFV's and 4 troops transports. Although we have sighted Apaches at JFK, they could prove to be a problem."

"No need to worry, my friend. We will stay put on the West coast, set up a large defensive line and let the British fight it out with these 'rebels'. Then when they are both weak, we will mount a speedy offensive, West to East, and crush everything in our path, then claim the country as New Russia."

"Yes, sir."

They both stared at the hundreds of boats leaving the harbour, packing enough firepower for World War 3.

A Stalker rushes to where the Commanders are.

"The Russians are coming!"

Mouse looked to the Stalker, cursing. He was the lead comms officer for that area and when he heard news about the Russians everyone started scrambling. Their birds eye view from the last few military satalites in the sky gave them a pretty decent view of the Russian activity but each one had a problem fucked up with it that it made everything difficult to do a god damn thing with it. Mouse started shouting orders over the microphones, getting in contact with the U.S. Military while seven officers began intercepting any calls and radio transmissions they could, scouring the frequencies to hit even a single word.

Mouse argued over the frequency before feeding the U.S. Military the view of the Russians and British troops. The line went silent for a while before the Colonel sighed over the end of the radio. They transferred to a higher ranking soldier. He said they would offer what support they could, most of their submarines already being deployed while their Lockheads would try to spear forward and form neutral ground between the British and the Stalkers. Communications officers began to relay the messages to fellow stalkers, ordering for everything to stop and for a tactical retreat while the Colonel of the U.S. Military as well as the Vice Elder spoke to the British military to communicate the Russian invasion along the coast and through the territory of New York. The Americans only had a few bases out that way along New York and its coastal area, however most were Navy territories sporting enough Submarines and cruise missiles to destroy Beijing in under a hour. Any troops that were hidden inside those bases would begin to deploy out, Stalkers arming their own Lockhead AC-130 Gunships as well as any Blackhawks and Apache helicopters they could muster to get troops going.

Dom was receiving word over the comms that they were to stay down and allow the British to fall back over to JFK and that they would be forced to escort the fucking troops there. They stole the British Frequency thanks to Mouse and his gang, Dom getting online to communicate with any British troops in the area, "This is Captain Dominic Crowely reporting to all British troops. I am of the Stalker division ambushing your troops and wish to share my deepest condolences for doing so. I know it will not bring back your men, but right now if you all don't want to die I suggest getting your asses in gear and letting us help you get to fuckin' JFK before we're run over by incoming Russian troops. If they make it here we're the least of your problems. I believe your com officer will fill you in on the rest. Got any questions, ask your bitches up in Britain, I just live here." He gave silent orders to his troops, having all troops get a move on, snipers and satellite watches making sure to keep the skies clear until they were on the move, troops sporting their missiles just in case. Dom and about thirty thousand troops began to move from all buildings, several thousand men navigating the sewers while eight thousand moved through back street territories, all massing with what ever vehicles they had, most being military though some being suited up civilian wheels that had guns thrown up on it as well as plenty of extra armor.

Dom slipped over to the troops, guns out to confirm whether or not they were hostile, and should the British troops open fire first they would be sprayed down. If not they would mount the vehicles brought over and steal the guns, armor and corpses of the dead if deemed useful enough.

It was war on a fucking budget, and they sure as hell weren't going to waste any money.

The comms officer raced to the Major's tent.

"Sir, the Stalkers as they call themselves are the ones that ambushed us. They said that they are standing down and will escort us to JFK. Also the U.S Military has emerged from the shadows with some serious firepower, and I think that we may be in trouble should they become hostile."

"If they become hostile, it would be more trouble for them than us. Yes we would suffer extreme losses, but we can replace these losses. America is on it's knees right now, and so far we are the only country that has stepped up to help. I don't know what Russia is doing here, but it doesn't seem to friendly to me. Take the Stalkers to JFK, hand them out the weapons from our dead and any spare ammo we have. I want every vehicle that isn't destroyed returned to JFK and awaiting repair by the Sappers. That clear?"

"Yes sir!"

We were ordered to patrol the city limits whilst the rest retreated to JFK. Our unit was reinforced with two more fire teams, which gave us 12 men. We had a couple of Stalkers with us, acting as our guides and pointing out strategically important structures to us so that they could be marked for command.

I look at the weapons they are holding. Old AK-47's that have seen better days. Their clothing is tattered, obviously through the fierce fighting this country has endured. These people didnt need a war in the country, they have problems of their own. They hadn't recovered from the infection yet, 3/4 of the country was still decimated by the infection.

The radio cracks to life.

"Base to Sierra Mike 2."

"Go ahead base." Higgins replies.

"Just got word that Russians havent advanced yet. They have set up a base in Los Angeles, but arent staging an assault yet. They are just waiting. We want you to acquire a from of transportation from the local area and meet the U.S military in Virginia. Do you copy?"

Higgins sighed, then looked at me. His look said it all. Command wanted us to trek halfway through America in an unprotected Civilian vehicle. Were they insane?

"Base, could you not provide with Light Armoured Protection? My men will be at risk from small arms fire and a little armour would make me feel a lot safer. The raiders in the area would love to get their hands on what we have got, we might not even make it."

"Negative on that request SM 2. All armour support is needed in New York, should the Russians attack. Yes there is danger, and you may die, but you swore an oath for Queen and country when you joined HM Armed Forces, so you will serve her till the death. Now get moving, thats an order soldier!"

"Copy that base." Higgins slammed the radio down. "FUCK!" He screamed.

I walked over to him.

"Sir, permission to speak?" I asked.

"Quit with the formalities private, course you can bloody speak."

"Ok, but word of warning your not gonna like what I say."

"Just speak already!"

"It seems that base has abandoned us sir, they don't care whether we die because our losses can easily be replaced. If we don't get killed by raiders, Russians or the infected, then the lack of food and water will kill us, eventually exhaustion will catch up. then we are easy pickings. I say we find a vehicle, find a garage or something, spend a few days patching the vehicle up. We can send out men to gather food and water, and maybe some extra ammo. I only have 3 magazines in my pouches and one in my rifle. We are also going to need some weapon repair kits, seen as how we don't have Logistics Support, they got their heads up their arses at JFK. We need to find a suitable location to bunker down, maybe try and get in touch with any surviving locals. Then we can link up with the U.S Military."

"Alright, I like your thinking. It will take us almost a week to reach Virginia. The old roadways are blocked with traffic and blockades, so manoeuvring around it all will be difficult. We need to avoid the cities, most important being the large number of infected there, but also desperate survivors and possible Russians. Right, we need a fast but tough vehicle, ideas anyone?"

There was a whistle next to the two soldiers, it being Dom who had packed up with a friend called Dice to help out the Brits to make it to their destination. The rest of the Stalkers were already en route towards JFK as well as their bases around the territory.

He spoke in a more commanding tone than one of offering, but that's the way he saw it, "Hey, you boys need some water and food we can get some shipped over to JFK before we head out south to Virginia to meet up with the U.S. Military. I won't be able to get ya much, but it will be enough to supply yourselves until you get yourselves up on your feet."

He slipped over behind a fence that was barricaded and blocked off went a few American Flags.

After a few seconds an engine roared to life and he reversed, showing them one of the Stalker Humvees, it outfitted to have a bit more armor on the front and sides, the back having a RPK thrown on it for any instances calling for such needs. On top was a .50-cal Vulcan Minigun, still in great shape no matter what it had been through thanks to the Stalkers down over in their bases and garages.

He looked to the British troops, throwing a thumb towards the fence, "Got two more of them, so its gonna be a tight fit for all fourteen of us. My men are going to evac over to JFK as well as surrounding bases. Orders from the Vice Elder says that you're worth more to us than our lives at the moment, and that's a shit load coming from him because generally he hates anyone who isn't a Stalker." He nodded to Dice who made his way into one of the reinforced Humvees, grabbing a path to the .50-cal and mounting it just right.

Dom made his way over to the driver seat of it, slipping in and slamming the door shut.

Before he could start the vehicle the radio keyed up for him and he tapped his ear for the microphone, "Yeah, what is it?"

Mouse was on the other end, "Hey Dominic, this is Mouse. We just received word that you're going to be given fresh weaponry and ammo from the British troops. Beta's two through eight that were already over in JFK have been resupplied and are helping out with the vehicles but its gonna take you a minute to get there."

"Alright... Doesn't sound like much imp-"

"That's where the bad news comes in, Dom."

"Ah shit, I should have known there was bad news. Lay it on me."

"Looks like we've got movement along Los Angeles. Ruskies with enough power to give us some big fucking problems. The U.S. Military and our own troops are heading out to engage now, but we aren't risking a full on ground assault with troops, only Airborne AC-130 hits from the skies as well as some possible Abrams moving in to clean up whats left, if we survive that is."

"So they're a big enough threat that we may not win, even with our gunships in the air?"

"That's the way its looking right now. If you can, hurry up with the JFK operation and get the Brits to reinforce our assault. We'll need it."

"Rodger. Dom out."

"Thanks Dom. Mouse out."

He sighed deeply, setting down the radio before staring at the wheel. After a moment he threw his hand down, smashing it roughly against the dash board before groaning, resting his head back against the seat. They were fucked if this shit went through. Hell, he didn't want to waste the vehicles, let alone the man power, but with the way things were going it looked like he was going to end up blowing one thing or another up.

He turned on the Humvee, rolling down the window and leaned out for the Brits to see him, "Hey, you guys. Once we get you to JFK, think I can get some verbal support from you to convince British back up over towards the West to engage the Russians? If you haven't heard, our group and the U.S. Military are already heading out, so yeah."

~Russian POV~

"WHAT THE FUCK! Why have they stopped fighting? It's like they knew what we were planning. I want all our comms analysed for any possible listening devices and interference." He looked out at the desolate landscape of what was once known as Los Angeles. The place used to be beautiful to look at, now just a decaying wasteland. He looks at a satellite feed, showing the British at JFK, but what confused him the most was the other people there. They weren't dressed like military, more like a militia. The British were forming Units of them, which were then attached to the British divisions. The U.S military had emerged from thin air, and packing serious firepower. The Russians weren't going to use nukes, they wanted the country intact and inhabitable.

"Sir, we have a problem."

"Yes?"

"The infected here are different to the ones in Russia. Our extreme conditions slowed them down, and our troops could dispatch them easily. They are faster here, the conditions are warmer, and our men aren't quick enough to react. We lost over a hundred men today alone, now in the ranks of the dead. Oh, and the confusing fact is, quite a few of the undead are Japanese, any reason as to why?"

"I never thought of that. Too busy trying to resolve the British threat we seem to have. Make the men aware of the increased threat, and get me a link to the motherland. Oh and the Japanese dead probably explains all those Japanese Navy ships we recovered just off the cost. Looks like they evacuated everyone here."

He looked out to all his men.

This was going to be a long war.

~U.S. Army Ranger Alejandro Williams~

The ride was fucking hard. They hadn't engaged something so heavy in quite a while, but Alejandro had been through four tours in Iraq, serving more than twelve years in the U.S. Military from the moment he left high school. He wasn't a fucking rookie, and this shit, when it came out, was a joy ride to him. He got the rush of adrenaline in his body when he yanked back a trigger, and now him and his squad were going back into hostile territory. Full ground assault as well as cover fire and support from the skies. If only the F-16's were here, then they'd have a fucking party.

He was grinning like an idiot under his mask, gripping at his custom SOCOM M4A1. It had always been reliable to him, so why ditch it now? They were already in firing range of Los Angeles, the Lockheads giving a green light for most divisions to hit the clear zone in one of their bases out here near Cali. Unfortunately, he wasn't part of their group attacks. Instead he was going to be thrown straight into Los Angeles to combat Russians head on while dealing with heavy cannon fire from their AC-130's while their troops organized forward.

He would have Dominic here, but the asshole left their base years ago to join the Stalkers. Now it was everyone dealing with their own shit and they lost a great soldier. The green light flashed, the back opening. All AC-130's held their fire for just a moment before going off with everything they could once the troops were deployed towards safe zones on roof tops that were unoccupied.

Alejandro dived out, ejecting his parachute just in time to catch a gust of wind, throwing him up against the glass of a building. He quickly slipped his way out, drawing his gun and twisting only to find himself face to face with a pack of undead Russians. He let the rounds spray from his gun, tearing apart the undead and sending them flying back away, heads-a-rollin'. Quickly he moved back towards the window, taking cover by a door way, removing his clip before slapping a fresh one in. He got on his com-device, using his flashlight to watch the area around him, "This is U.S. Army Ranger Captain Alejandro Williams to base. A gust of wind hit me while I was dropping, throwing me into a building. What is the recommended action?"

It took a moment. A rather long moment before, "Krrshk... This is Base to Captain Alejandro Williams. We are unable to send you support. A squad of greenhorns with the army as well as veteran Stalkers are heading over to your position now to assist. You will receive further orders from them. Base out."

He cursed. Stalkers leading him and some rookies around. This shit was just going great.

Those goddamn Stalkers had Humvee's hidden in fences and shit. One of the Stalkers drove the first Humvee out and explained that there were two more of them behind it. We managed five per Humvee. The driver, which was me in the 3rd Humvee, 3 passengers and someone manning the .50-cal. We drove back to JFK in a convoy. The lead Humvee was driven by someone called Dom I think, and he pretty much kept himself to himself. We were all anxious to fight the Russians, but knew that the bloodshed that would follow wouldn't be worth the suffering of our families. 4 British officers committed suicide when they saw the devastation in America. The story from my friend that was on patrol was that they could hear noises from the nursery, like banging. The officers, leading by example went in first, and after many gunshots, a final volley of 4 shots was heard. They weren't even bitten. Emotions vary between the different types of soldier. You have those that love the violence and action, and the adrenaline rush they get with the danger. You get those that just lose it, go crazy and don't give a shit. Then you have them that just break down and can't take it anymore. That's when people crack and do silly things and make silly mistakes.

We arrived in JFK, where surprisingly, there was a large U.S Military presence on the base. People were hurrying in every direction. The massing of the American troops and the Stalkers was worrying. They would be slaughtered without British support. Britain now had the worlds best Navy, and practically air superiority. He saw the aircraft taking off, and the M1A2 Abrahams rolling off into the dusk.

The two Stalkers, Higgins and I walked over to the command centre.

"Sir, the Stalkers and the U.S have asked for our help. They need our assistance or they will be slaughtered!" Higgins said to the Major.

"Look soldier, there is nothing we can do. We have provided air support and our Navy are on hand to assist."

"But what about ground forces? Surely we can send troops and armour, then we could beat them back."

"I'm sorry, but we don't have the manpower right now. Our resources are low, supplies are limited and over half of our armour was deemed unrepairable thanks to the Stalkers!" The Major said, glaring at Dom. "We weren't expecting any resistance, which is why we came with little armour and troops. We were expecting a few raiders, not a whole fucking army of Russians and remnants of the U.S Army!"

"Well, we should warn the Americans! At least postpone the attack for a while."

"The 6th and 8th Armoured Divisions are on route, along with reinforcements of over 100,000 men. They should be arriving in the next day or two. Then our Navy will circle round to the west coast behind the Russians and bomb the shit out of them. Our aircraft are currently softening the Russians as much as they can for the Americans. Thats all I can do I'm afraid." The sorrow and helplessness in his voice was obvious.

Everyone in the room just glanced at each other.

Dom had a cigarette placed firmly between his lips. This bitch wasn't going to help them. Fucking Brits were looking for their own asses, though he admired the fucker next to him for trying to help. Took balls to do that and talk back to a commanding officer. He simply smirked a sharp grin at the Major, leaning forward with a firm grip at the table, fanglike canine teeth glinting int he low light of the area, "Major, I'd like to inform you of something. Something that may unnerve you, or it may make you piss yourself when you realize just how much of a shitstorm you'll be in..." He pointed over towards the West, knowing it by heart, "Those fuckers over there. The Russians? They have a big enough team to shove your panzy ass troops to the ground and give them a nice good butt fucking. And if you think you'll be spared, or any one you care about will be, here or over in the mother fucking U.K. you guessed wrong, because if they get America they have the supplies, the gear, and the ability to turn your country to a wasteland which they can just fix up and tear apart."

He was in the Major's face now, chest to chest with a rather serious look, the grin gone, his hot breathe leaving the stench of cigarettes in the Major's nose, "And your precious Queen, and your precious families and your precious fucking royalty will get a nice good dicking, because you won't have any FUCKING support from us because we'll all be dead. I don't give a DAMN about you, and I get the felling you sure as fuck don't give a damn about me. You just care about getting this trip over with and getting your ass back home for the comfort we've all missed out on. Maybe England is safe, maybe all of the U.K. is safe, but here I've lived night and day with zombies, raiders and the U.S. Army trying to crawl up my ass or slit my throat! So you got a problem with the way of my life style you can shove it up your ass and get back on those fucking boats you came on, because you and your panzy ass military aren't helping us worth a shit!"

He shoved back the Major, pointing to his troops and signaled them to start gathering up the armor, ordering them to inform all troops over down in the NYC to start repairing up those vehicles they took out and rearming any that they could. They were to do a final sweep before mobilizing and start the invasion force straight through the East to the West.

War had finally made its way straight to the homeland, and he sure as hell wasn't going to let all he worked for be taken away from him twice, the damn infected being the first, now Russians trying to take advantages of weaknesses.

---

Meanwhile, over in Texas the Stalker squad that secured the borders along the entire state were getting edgy, all bases still intact as well as 90% of all vehicles. They were armed with enough guns to start their own damn war should it come along, infection rates destroyed minus a few scientists blowing off the jaws and slashing the hands and legs off the infected to test their insides for the possibilities of a cure.

Former U.S. Marine Jacob Cobb sat in a tent made inside one of the Military bases they stationed, having the comm's officer tell him about what the fuck was going on over in California. Him and his troops were about to be deployed with vehicles and air drops, though they were saving all Lockheads and Spookies as a last resort for their AC-130 assault.

It turns out that they were going to end up receiving resistance and that there was a struggling chance between the Russians and the Americans in this fight. Russians were already weakened, but their firepower might increase. It all depended on the infected in the territory, California not yet cleaned out by Stalkers or any U.S. Military. That meant it was full blown Hell over there. He ordered Comms officers to begin issuing that all troops deployed through the way to California understand that the infected are still prevalent there and that extreme caution should be taken when dealing with that battle.
