post apocalyptic cospaly
so while researching for my zombie hunter con costume i fell in love with post apocalyptic cosplay. everything from fallout props to original works. it's just such a cool look and you can do anything with it. it requires little money if you know how to scavenge and helps prepare all of us for what it's gonna be like after they rise. i felt wickedzombies was a good place to bring this to help expand the site. so with all that in mind I'm going to be posting cool stuff i make and design here. and if you catch the bug or maybe if you already have it then i welcome you to post your stuff here too.

in edition to the sawed off double barrel i also just ordered this.
its and ak-47 airsoft gun. not very high end but it is electric and full auto. it was on sale so i just couldn't resist. i can hardly wait to give these guns the old wasteland touch.

I still feel bad it broke on ya though. I should have put more then 15 of those airsoft BB's through it for a test run. Not like me to be that careless when it comes to a gun of any kind.

No it was my fault. When it jammed instead of doing the right thing and taking it apart to clear the barrel I tried shoving a straitened coat hanger down the magazine tube and accidentally gouged a piece out of the bolt or plunger what ever you call the part that pushes the bb into the barrel.

got my double barrel here are some pics.
barrels are thinner then i would have liked.
sucks that the breach is all sealed like that. i might glue some washers here to simulate the end of shotgun shells.
some shots of the internals. so far i gutted most of the stuff in the barrels. cut down the barrels and a bit of the stock from the handle. i also did the first coat of silver for the metal parts. I'm just gonna use that wood toned contact paper stuff for the wood parts.

I know you said this was just a hobby for ya. But I still think you could turn this I to a full time thing.
