definitely something for Greg Nicotero to see and consider. this would be so there in caliber. that way while one is airing. the other can be off and shooting for the next season. for instance. if Walking Dead were on in the Sunday 9:00pm slot. Under the Flesh would be filming their season shows. then while Walking Dead was down. Under the Flesh's season would be airing. AMC would corner the market on zombie shows. ;-)

You would imagine that anybody would want to snag a zombie monopoly, but not quite. I tried pitching Under The Flesh to Image and Skybound, and no dice. Image never responded and Skybound didn't even want to look at it because there is no room for more zombie material with TWD taking all the bandwidth.

Which is why I chose the webcomic route. A good zombie story will survive because the fans are there. The more readers that support UTF, the bigger our voice gets. The comic industry would have to respect that. Who knows, maybe another top comic publisher will discover us. If not, Kickstarter will help with publishing when the time is right. I still think that Greg Nicotero would find this an interesting read and maybe want to give it the shot at production. Another zombie hit under his belt would not only propel his career but yours and your comics as well. Just my humble thoughts. lol. ;-)

Thanks, Rhino! I'll keep my spirits up! Greg probably wants to take on a property with a reputable fan base. So I'm hoping UTF grows with each update. Then the stakes rise ; )

As long as readers are digging this fresh take on the zombie genre, it won't hurt putting in a bid. However, producers usually won't entertain any offerings until they see dollar $igns on my forehead. My only real shot lies with the readers. If they like UTF and want more, producers/editors won't be able to ignore that.
