Girl, Mexican food is the best down here! It is fajita/margarita HEAVEN. I'll have to look up what's around there because you need some real Tex-Mex, none of that faux-On the Border junk. You're talking to the lover of all things hot sauce and chips and grilled beef on tortillas. Yuuuummmmmmmmmm! There is an AWESOME restaurant downtown Dallas that serves more authentic food. It's SO gooood.
Tickets definitely shouldn't be as expensive as Sunyak thought. I was able to fly my best friend down roundtrip for $400 and that was with a few days notice. With careful planning and comparing flights (and especially if you don't mind a layover), I think you guys could get here for relatively little and that would be exciting!
