Wicked Zombies

Finished the Sanctuary of the Dead by our own RJ Spears. It's one hell of good read. The inner conflict that some of the characters faced with their faith and killing was something I hadn't counted on. But it was a very nice touch in adding a lot more depth into the inner workings of a character. How ones faith and beliefs would actually be the most hardest of conflicts to face when in a survival scenario.

I really liked it when the main character actually had the hopes of his parents being alive smashed when he comes across his mother who had been turned. The ultimate of turmoil within one's own head would be so conflicting, that even though your eyes are telling you that your loved one is a zombie, the mental state you would be in would be the most terrifying statement that could cause you to lose your own life.

I would say this, once I got into the Sanctuary of the Dead, I couldn't put my kindle down for nothing. I recommend this book to everyone. It will give you a somewhat look into the conflict between faith and survival...

In the ranking system of Skulls, I would give this 5 skulls out of 5. Just because of the inner conflicts in which I really like and thought was refreshing...

Stopping IN

It's been awhile since I have been home here on Wicked Zombies...I've been doing so much searching within this outer world of life...

I've since gotten re-married and have been working back in security for the last couple of years. Have started back writing again and have purchased an actual house. It's hard being away from my family even though I need to work and support them, but it's a shame a person has to work so much that they miss their kids growing up...
