On a day of so many mixed emotions in so many places...

I think we need to remind each other that although we may have disagreements, we have many reasons to respect each other in our community. We all come from very different backgrounds, with very different beliefs and one thing is for sure, we are all programmed to have different opinions.

It would be easy for anyone with differing opinions to turn on one another. Old wounds are being opened up for some, healed for others. I hope we can refrain from the abuse I've seen on Facebook today, as we all enjoy our close community of Wicked friends! I also hope that if we get angry, we can take a step back, take a breath and reapproach with cool heads!

One thing is for sure: Today is a day of somber feelings for many people. Every day we will learn to deal with what we are handed. Many of us will mourn and many will celebrate. Everyone will deal with life differently.
