I'm the newbie...

At least on this site I am. I have been a fan of anything related to zombies since I was 6 years old. That's right, 30 years ago. That is the year I moved to Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Romero's favorite town.

The first movie I remember that 'somewhat' dealt with zombies was Omega Man with Charleton Heston. That seems like ages ago. Now please understand I am a huge fan of Post Apocalyptic and Horror genres so if you tell me they weren't zombies but were supposed to be vampires I already know that but thanks for the heads up. I own all three versions of the movie and the book.

In my spare time I work as an aspiring author writing everything from comedic poetry to work on a post apocalyptic novel. I've never really settled down to finish the novel but one day I will. I hope to post things on here of my writing OR at the very least point to my work that I will be posting on my writing blog. Please leave feedback on my writing if you are so inclined. It is the only way I'm going to get better!

I am a 4 year Navy veteran who served on an amphibious assault ship and have worked with 'all' types of operatives from Marines to SEALs and a few other types. I have a rather vast military knowledge and understanding of how the human mind works in bad situations. I thrive on stressful situations so when the undead poop is going to hit the fan I am your man.

As we get to know each other better I'm sure more of my views will come out and I look forward to interacting with everyone here!
