- I'd just gotten home from and evening out with the girls and as I sat down to eat a snack and sober up a bit before going to bed I flipped on the TV and saw the first reports. If I'd only known then how much my life would be effected by the outbreak I'd never been able to sleep that night. Of course now sleeping is a luxury. So maybe in hind sight, it was a good thing I did.
