Congress does it again!

thats right people as if the government couldn't mes things up any more apparently they've taken the whole infrastructure and shrunk it down to skeleton crew. so apparently congress was suppose to reduce the national budget for October 1 but couldn't get pull their collective heads out of their asses long enough to do. or even for that mater pass a continence on the regular budget. which mean 800,000 people were just "temperately" laid off. we essentially have not budget as a nation. ever have your boss not give you your paycheck yeah its like that for every government facility. only the bare minimum is being kept up. so dont expect any new break troughs in science for awhile. thanks congress.
