Wicked Zombies

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!

I love all kinds of apocalyptic horror, but for this I am focusing on the Zombie genre. I use the word zombie loosely cause in a lot of these stories the zombies are not dead. That raises the argument of "zombie" book versus "infection" book. For the most part I class the two together, which is what I have done here. I left some out and will be adding some later. Please feel free to list out your own. For the record these are only books that I currently have in my possession. That is where you guys come in, list yours. Please ask away if wondering about any of these tittles. I know them well.

Scatoma you are a DIE-HARD ZOMBIE BOOK READER! I LOVE IT!
I am quickly losing my artsy space to the books. They are taking over.
Just wait, I have the perfect shelf in my head, it will be a reality

I have two more zombie novels due out this year:

DUST & DECAY (sequel to ROT & RUIN) -Simon & Schuster, August; and the paperback of ROT & RUIN drops in May with a cool new cover by Chad Michael Ward

DEAD OF NIGHT -a standalone apocalyptic zombie thriller from St. Martins Griffin, due out in late October.  I'll be debuting this at ZombCon in Seattle.

Holy Shit Jonathan Maberry!!!!!!!!!!! I just made my mom read the first 2 Joe books, she is hooked and ready for Plagues!
i know its not zombie related, but i highly recomend the Marvel Universe vs The Punisher

Hell ya, zombies and brilliant fight sequences, hard to beat in my book, did you read Dragon Factory Cristina? You must!

Joe Ledger could almost beat up Repairman Jack, almost.

There are three free Joe Ledger short stories available online.  Below are links to two of them. To get the newest one, go to this website and sign up. http://us.macmillan.com/static/stmartinspress/exacttarget/materialw...

I'm sure there's more, I just can't remember them.

I have wanted to get Breathe, Cobble, and Reign of the Dead for quite some time. Did you enjoy them? The last two are not easy to come by these days.

Breathe was decent but a bit short (and in the same vein as Simon Clark's One Rainy Night)

Cobble was alright. Didn't care for the ending to much. Another short one as well.

Now, I enjoyed Reign of the Dead quite a bit. Does it re-invent the wheel? Not in the slightest. But it is a pretty good zombie yarn.

Zombies play a (very) minor role in The Preserve by Patrick Lestewka but I can't recommend it highly enough.
