Which is the better movie Romero's Dawn or Day of the Dead?
Day of the Dead is a relentlessly unsettling and intensely dramatic portrait of what happens when the fragile structure of civility and common decency is torn asunder. A truly compelling study of humanity being at it's most inhumane during times when goodwill and unity are desperately needed. Bolstered with unforgettably shocking fx by Savini, an amazing cast and pitch-perfect direction by Romero, Day of the Dead is a classic that will continue to stand the test of time.

if you love this movie then you should see the 20th aniversery edition. on one side of the disk is the original release and on the other is a new one that has footage added to it that George Romero couldn't put in due to budget that makes the movie make more sence. i won't spoil it for ya giving details. just go check it out. way cool.

i must make a correction here. its not the 20th aniversery edition. its the 30th edition. i got my correction when i popped mine in the DVD player after making this post. sorry for the confusion if there was any brother.

i liked this movie. it gave a little more food for thought. like for instance "what will zombies eat when human prey is gone?". answer: everything else. he proved that when the zombies tore apart that horse. so it was in my opinion as good as the other classics he made.
