The ‘Psycho’ Theme Played on Piano…With Knives!

This TOTALLY slipped me by but with less than 50,000 views, I figure it slipped several of you by as well and that means it’s brand new news for everyone! YAY!

Musician Joachim Horsley has created a rather amazing piano cover of the Psycho theme, which was originally composed by Bernard Herrmann. What makes this cover stand out is a few things: 1) It’s not just a one-take piano shot. There’s cuts, edits, overdubs, and layering here that gives it a lot of depth. 2) There’s obviously a lot of love put into the creation of this video and cover. It’s extremely fun to watch! 3) He plays the piano with freaking knives! Yeah, the iconic shower scene weapon is utilized heavily throughout this cover and it’s just badass to watch!
