post apocalyptic cospaly
so while researching for my zombie hunter con costume i fell in love with post apocalyptic cosplay. everything from fallout props to original works. it's just such a cool look and you can do anything with it. it requires little money if you know how to scavenge and helps prepare all of us for what it's gonna be like after they rise. i felt wickedzombies was a good place to bring this to help expand the site. so with all that in mind I'm going to be posting cool stuff i make and design here. and if you catch the bug or maybe if you already have it then i welcome you to post your stuff here too.

so i was board last night and decided to customize some of my blood saint weapons and here they are.
this first one I'm thinking of calling the right hand of god, i decided to emblazon as much of my cosplay as i can with bible quotes and while looking up cool ones i found this. "Luke 10:19 - Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." it was really cool sounding so i used it for the pistol obviously i didn't have enough room to fit the whole thing so i just but the jest of it. still pretty cool I'm happy with how it came out. not so sure about that name now if anyone has any cool sounding biblical names for this hand gun please tell me.

this next one is a mod to my m24 style sniper riffle as the name scratched into the stock reads her name is azrael or the angel of death for those who don't know. a cross has been placed on shoulder of the gun a kill count etched under the bolt receiver and her barrels been warped in dirty white cloth which i want to change out to one of those stoles that priests wear. you know the long scarf things.

i got an idea when it comes to the barrel wrap. use a shemagh scarf. it allows you to not only decorate the barrel. it can be used as anther cosplay accessory to like a head wrap if the gas mask gets to hot. i love these things. they have so many uses.

yeah those are cool and i really want one. it would go great if i was using a different cosplay. right now their are three here. the one for the con with the gas mask. my mad bomber on fall out inspired, and the one the riffle is currently set for which is my blood saint leader, aka my Johny cash man in black look. and for that look i really want to keep to the whole biblical angle. my gang uses a lot of religious stuff in their style like how Cesar legion used well Rome as their motif in new Vegas. strikes fear into people heart you dig me my man.

I got a plan for the satellite dishes, but it'll have to wait for awhile. Need a few tools I don't have and a few materials I need to pick up. Think I'll give my hand a try at drawing the basic concept. Think I'll use my linemen boots as part of the costume. Which could also double as body armor for the Z-poc if I'm able to execute it properly.
