Looters

I was just watching the news and a so-called "flash mob" of teenagers arrive at convenience stores by the dozens, casually walk in and just start taking shit. I thought about it for a second and realized that looters in the Z-poc would act the exact same way, just taking what they want from you simply because there are too many of them for a small group to deal with. Personally I would love to shoot them right in their smirking faces, but what do you guys think a good plan for this kind of shit would be?
