now i want to start this off by saying this is not a zombie movie. bomber i know, but it is the tail of the human spirit. its about survival and doing everything one can for their family in what is basically a post apocalyptic situation. so the movie takes place in new Orleans during Katrina. after mans pregnant wife dies giving birth to a premature baby. the grieving father must watch over his daughter as a ventilator is the only thing keeping her alive. unable to be evacuated he soon finds himself alone in a flooded hospital with no power. with battery backup for the lifesaving machine dieing. he must rely on a hand crank generator to recharge it. but the malfunctioning battery will only hold a charge for 3 minuets of use. and that time shrinks with each recharge. giving him an ever shortening window to find help, medicine and fight of looters who've come for the hospital. 

this is a stark and gritty look at what life is like when society collapses. it will keep you enthralled from begging to end, and your heart will race with each turn of the handle. this movie is in theaters right now, available Ondemand, and free on the internet right HERE
