Dawn of the Dead the tv series?

In the last year, there have been several movies that are remakes that got it right. It all depends on who does it.

I say it's cool that there will be more options available to the ones of us who enjoy watching this stuff. It just depends on who it's made by and how it's produced. Is it going to be some Vampire Diaries/Gossip Girl type zombie series or something like Buffy or something cooler like the remake of Dawn of the Dead. That was a fun f*cking movie. I'd watch a series that was made in that way. For sure.

I like your attitude. You're a positive guy. :) Plus, I'm pretty sure that I've seen lists and lists of awful movies that lots of us have sat through. I think we can all get over it if it's that bad. We're big peoples here. lol

I guess the whole point is wouldn't it be nice if it was HBO or any channel that doesn't have to edit their shows.

exactly. i never liked MTV as far as tv shows go. to me, MTV has always been a music video channel. i was a kid when it came out in 1980. and since its first day, its gone down hill ever since. they should have stuck to music videos. plain and simple. but i would still like to know when they are going to air the series though. i wanna at least catch the first one.

You know maybe just maybe it won't be all to bad, they did after all do a half way decent job on that one short lived tv show "Dead at 21" even though they never finished it all the way .........


I just figured out MTV's evil plan!!! the DOTD series will rock and we will all love it but they'll cancell it after seven shows and it will end up being like freaky links, wolf lake, kindred the embraced, and all souls. a great series show that you will only get to see on repeat play on SyFy or the chiller channel and never get to see how the show would have ended for season one :(

There is no disagreeing with you. MTV will appeal to the lowest common denominator, so you can look for a rehashing of all the tropes with a 90210 mentality thrown in for good measure.
