A zombie situation discussion for the ladies and the men who can help give advice or weigh in.

It's occurred to me that, obviously, a lot of women have very different needs than men do most every month during a zombie outbreak or not. I thought that we could share some ideas for things to help us keep things in mind.

I was thinking about other things as well, like I better have some midol. lol But seriously, I began thinking I need to research herbal remedies for all sorts of female exclusive conditions. If you would like to share any ideas, please do.

lol I'm just gonna start stock-piling on the basic needs for the ladies now and food-saver vac all of it
You might be on to something there,if you stockpiled these things ladies needed it could work in your favor & make you very popular...lol.
now that i know the key to my harrem dream, i shall keep this in mind. lol.
lol We're killing several birds with one stone here.
Reflexology is something worth looking into also,if done properly it works fersure.
i have heard of this. if applied right it can do wonders for the human body. definately worth learning about.
I will add that peppermint tea is a wonder for some people with nausea problems. (A lot of women have stomach issues before their monthly cycle.) For some people with acidic stomach issues, it may do the opposite. But if you have less problems with acid reflux or GERD, it is a good way to go. When I was pregnant and very sick, I was constantly chewing peppermint or spearmint gum (with real sugars, not chemical sweeteners), which helped tremendously because it causes you to salivate and it also speeds up the process of increasing gastric juices that help you digest. This was a good way to keep myself from feeling too ill between meals. There is also gum that contains ginger along with chews or just the root itself. However, from what I have read, salivating on an empty stomach can cause more nausea. So causing yourself to salivate without eating anything could make things worse.

And speaking of pregnancy, should the event a lady is carrying a child whilst Z-day occurs, here is a list of helpful tips from Dr. Sears should you experience unpleasant morning sickness. I know first hand how tremendously awful it can be to not get relief from these symptoms and taking care of yourself in the beginning stages of pregnancy can be terribly hard, when you're in the best of circumstances.
i was one of the fortunate few in this world that was able to talk with my great grandparents as a child and spent a lot of time with them. my great grandmother (god protect her soul) was the one who told me about the whole mint thing. being i am alone for the most part in this world other then my mom, dad, and niece, i had no real reason to think about that up until you brought it up. but yes, even she mentioned the fact mint is a great stomach fixer.
Another thought, organic textiles are your friend! Avoid garments made of synthetic materials for sensitive places. Cotton is the way to go. It does not trap heat and moisture the way man-made textiles do. Although synthetic textiles are useful in a great number of situations and areas, I'd get some cotton under garments people! Good cotton weaves or knits = less likelihood of avoidable infections.
=less need for yogurt!
and dont need refridgerated like yogurt either. lol.
