One of the main problems I encountered with trying to make May Be Side Effects was that I had to rely on other people to do the things I could not do myself, such as the editing. (Though I tend to know which shots I want to use and in which order, I don't have the technical expertise to use an editing program, and so am invariably reduced to standing over someone else's shoulder shouting: "No, not there! There!")

May Be Side Effects is now on youtube



I finally managed to get May Be Side Effects finished - at long last! - and just in time for Halloween, too.


It was my first attempt at directing a video, so it's full of a beginner's mistakes, Which is why it's gone straight to youtube! ;)


But hopefully I've learned from the experience and the next one will be better.

Been busy making a new zombie short



I haven't been around much because - among other things - I've been busy making a new short (and hopefully funny!) zombie film.


Though I wrote the others - "This Is...", "How I Taught the World to Sing" and "Last Zombie Standing" (all of which I believe are available in the "videos" section of this site) - they were all directed by other people. So, in a fit of hubris, I thought I'd have a go at directing one…
